my son almost 20 months old spits out 85% of foods I try to feed him, are there any toddler favorites out there I can try? Should I stick with the same food every lunch and supper or better off with variety?

Have you tried giving him choices? Even if he isn't verbal yet, he can still point if you hold up an apple and a banana, for example. Toddlers love being in control, and choices are an easy way to help satisfy that!
