Is it okay for us to start our day at 8:30? What should my schedule look like is we start at this time? I couldn't find any info on this anywhere.
Thanks.

Sorry this post has been missed.
How old is your LO?
Your aim would be to start the day at 8.30am and in bed by 8.30pm-9pm.
