Does it really matter the order?

Hayden seems to nap better when his tummy is full.  I find working on a AESY seems to work best for him sometimes, it's rare for him to eat first thing when he wakes up except in the morning if it's been 4-5 hours since feeding him during the night.  I never feed him to sleep, he's always awake but he goes down better for naps when his belly is full.

So if you're not feeding to sleep does it really matter what the actual order is as long as they are napping & sleeping at night?

Your right, as long as your Lo is not in the habit of getting fed to sleep and you have been able to establish what his cries mean then this should be ok for you.
