Transitioning to 3.5hr routine....Need advice.
« on: July 10, 2006, 02:12:35 am »
Hi all, I think my 16 motnh dd is ready for the 3.5hr EASY but not the 4 hour EASY. She has been doing great on the #hr EASY. She drinls between 150ml-200ml at each feed and is capable of staying up for 1.5 hours to 1hr 40 mins (but is pretty grumpy at this stage). My question is if i feed her at 7, 10.30, 2.00, 5.30, 7.00 and 10.30 DF do i extend her A time and if so how long? Could somebody please give me an example of a 3.5hr EASY?
Just one more question my dd has been sleeping from 7-7 but for the past 3 days has been waking at 6 and so i have given her a bottle at 6.00 and this is when we start the day. How do i get her awake time back to be at 7am?
TIA. :D
