Thanks, I figured you probably could! Someone checked on the Beechnut website and it says not to but I can't really see a reason why you couldn't as long as, as you said, it isn't contaminated. I never dip a spoon in except with a clean one to put what I am serving into another dish from my lo. Think I'll freeze some teaspoons of a jar in the bottom of ice cube trays to have just a little to add to my fresh baby food. I'll post after I've done it to say whether it worked out ok or not. The only think I can think of is that the consistency may go more watery after it's thawed.
