wake up time question

hi. my 11 wk old LO currently wakes sometime between 8-830am. I know waking a bit earlier might help w/her nap problems and it would actually help me if she woke earlier as i go back to work next wk and it'd be nice to feed her right before work (instead of pumping when i get to work). anyway, if i have to wake her up at 7am do i feed her then if she's just eaten a couple hrs earlier? right now she's sleeping till about 5:30 (w/a DF @ 10), though this am it was 6:30 w/o a DF.
if she's just eaten she may not be hungry, but if she doesn't eat at all, then our routine gets all crazy. not sure what to do. any thoughts?
