lyndsy & valeamalia - well take pictures of grae with you also at work or in trip.. it sometimes help to pump too!!
lyndsy - well if if pumping does not work too good at work. then don't bit yourself! Just go with the flow and it will work fine!
On my side, after 2 months of pumping twice at work, I got sooo fed up that I am now doing combined feeding: 2 bottles during the days and 3 BFs at home (so one in the morning & 2 in the evenings) so i do not have to pump but still keep the BFs that I can do. It works very fine and my milk supply just adapted, i did not had any low supply moments at all and I do not have pain in the breasts during the day or so. For me it was a very good alternative to pumping that got me crazy and too stressed at work: fitting the pumping in the middle without interruption was difficult!
so you know it is not all or nothing, you can always find a way in the middle that works for you if pumping does not. May be then pumping sounds more relaxed too, no pressure! just try and see how you do!!
now for me my last 3 BFs are even more precious then!! and I feel more relaxed to leave my LO to the creche or other care, they will give formula bottles and that is also easier for me I do not need much planning on this too.
Physically i thought it was too hard to keep BF full time and working during the day, then I would be soooo tired I would not enjoy my time then nor at home nor at work! well and elisa got sick quite a bit and so me too so that also did not help to feel less tired i guess!
well good luck at work and you know where we are if you need to chat the first days to get some support !! I tell you it took me some days to feel I could think of something else than my LO;D

Juts also be carefull around the 4-5 weeks after your return at work, those are generally the hard weeks where the tiredness start to kick in and the routine starts to be in place with the creche and so on, I see around me that this was the hard bit fro all my co-workers and mums, so don't plan too many activities in the week ends around that time and keep them to relax when possible!
