SUE have you tried moving his nap earlier as he's awake at 6 am .when Ryan was up at 6am we put him to nap around 11.30/12am that way he still had a 2hr nap and went to sleep quite quickly at 7.00pm. Quite a few times it has taken him a long time to fall asleep at night so we move the nap earlier or sometimes it has worked to move bed a bit later . nap is limited to no later than 2pm and bed is no later than 8pm
