trying to eliminate the night feed?

hello,
i have been trying to find the post regarding watering down the feeds i plan to try this with my ds he is 6months and is waking at 3am every night for a feed he will take the full 7oz most nights but this feed is affecting his day time intake, he is down to 4oz bottles at the other feeds?

could anyone tell me how i go about this.

i had found this post but am a little confused days 1 to 3 4 ounces of milk to 2 ounces water? is this so the milk is stronger than normal so when u water it down its more noticable or am i reading it all wrong

I think what it's trying to say is that you put 6oz of water in your bottle but only add 4 scoops of formula.  Does that make more sense?
