We have moved from L.A to N.Y. for two weeks. Mi is still keeping her internal clock set as Pacific Time. She won't go to sleep until 11:00!
I have been trying to get her up at 7:00 for two weeks to help her with her new time zone. However, at the end of the day, when we put her to bed around 7:00, she still wakes up around 9:00 and won't fall asleep until 11:00.
I'm worried that she is not getting enough sleep! It's driving me crazy. HELP!
