We have just done the big transition to 1 nap but before that this is what our day was like:
7am – Wake
7.30am –Cereal & Fruit mixed with 100mls milk, 100mls milk in a cup
9am – Milk 200mls
10am – Sleep 1-1.5hr
12.30pm – Fruit, cheese and yoghurt, water in a cup
2/2.30pm – Sleep 45mins-1.15hrs
4pm – Snack Custard, sultanas, water in a cup
5.30 - Vegetables, Meat and pasta/rice and Jelly/Chocolate mousse for dessert, 100mls milk in a cup
6.15pm – Bath
7pm –Milk 200mls
7.15pm – Brush teeth, Story, Bed
Then a few weeks ago her naps were all over the place and she started sleeping until 7.30am so 1st nap was at 10.30am and 2nd nap at 3pm and they were only 45mins in length and interferring in her bedtime.
