weird night wakings

We have had some success recently, thomas has totally slept thru SOME nights! YAY! however,others he wakes very hr!!! What could the prob be????

hey there!
Routine is as follows:

wake 6am Breakfasttoast and fruit (THomas has to wait 30mins for his refluxmedsto kick in before i can give him milk)
7am Milk

A time to 9ish then
S 1 hr
A time to 12 then
E lunch (solids)
A time to 2ish then
S 1.5hrs(on a good day!)
E milk
A time till 7 then
7 bath bottle bed

Hi Yaya, sorry it's taken me so long, I was out of town.

I think that perhaps you should work on extending those naps just a touch. I wonder if maybe he's not getting quite enough day sleep. What do you think?
