THis is actually a post regarding my nephew. (I'm trying to help my sleep deprived sister) He's 3.5 months and has not been sleeping through the night for about two weeks now. ( he used to sleep from 8pm till about 5am)
Here's his routine:
5am E (and go back to sleep)
7:30am E
8am activity
8:15am S ( 45 min)
9:45 E
10:45 S ( 45 min)
12:15 E
1:pm S ( 45 min)
2:45pm E
3:30pm S (45 min)
5:15pm E
6pm S ( cat nap 30-40 min)
7pm E
7:30/8:30pmish S (for the night)
10 or 11 Dreamfeed
As this is my sister's recount, I can't give too many details. I do know they bath him every other night before bed.
Any insight would be greatly appreciated. ( also, how to increase his nap time)
