What foods cause gasiness in babies? I must be missing something...

I'm avoiding all the usual suspects, broccoli, peas, cabbage, alcohol, only 2 teas per day, chocolate, spicey etc, but lo is waking halfway between feeds in pain with bad farts...any suggestions?Thanks Natalie
