Low Iron Enfamil Lipil?

Can you all remind me when it is that lo need more iron?  I just saw that there is such a thing as a low iron formula and I"m wondering if that might help with constipation. 

I'm planning on nursing just for the colostrum in the hospital and then switching to formula with this next lo, so I'm planning way ahead of time.

6 months as far as I remember, but that might be sooner if on low iron formula, I never heard of it so I don't know.
Are you so organised that you are planning what to do if your baby is constipated?

Low iron formula is only for specific things, but I can't remember what.  Do not use it unless you doc tells you to.

Organized is a very nice way of putting it....obsessive maybe?   ;D

(I had a heck of a time feeding my first two and so am trying to work this out at least in my head so that I don't feel stressed out about it.)
