7 hour flight, 5 hour time change - advice please
« on: August 01, 2006, 09:37:43 am »
Hi

My dd will be 6 months old the day after we travel to Canada in a few weeks time.  She is on 4 hour EASY and will be on 3 solid meals per day by then.  Our flight is lunch time our time and we will arrive mid- afternoon in the new time zone.  I have an idea that I should just keep repeated the 4 hour EASY until it's her bedtime in the new time zone but wondered if anyone else out there has done something similar and had any tips of what worked and what didn't.  She is pretty textbook and very portable so should travel well it just the time re-adjustment I'm worried about.  We're there for a month so have plenty of time for her to get used to the new time before coming back.

Thanks!!
