Not updating

My info doesn't seem to be updating, the same post is showing that it is a new reply and when I look at new posts there are posts that I have replied to but are not showing the 'replies to your posts' section.
I hope you understand what I'm trying to say.

I had a similar problem recently, and the sainted Gareth advised me to clear my Temporary Internet Files folder - it worked!
