Help with 3.5hr E.A.S.Y
« on: August 07, 2006, 08:34:56 am »
My LO is a textbook/touchy baby, turing 4month next week. She is a touchy baby when it comes to nap/bedtime if I miss her "sleep window".I'm switching to 3.5hr E.A.S.Y.
Her feeding time is 7:30, 11, 2:30, 6 and 7:30
I feed her at 6 and give her a bath and feed her at 7:30. By the time she finishes her bottle and burped. She is already overtired and she screams when we put her to bed. She cries at me and nothing seems to work... sh-pat, PU/PD, paci.... She ends up crying to sleep on my shoulder around 8:00.
Should I just try to do 4hr E.A.S.Y instead?

Do you think she could wait until 6.30 for her last feed and be in bed asleep by 7?  I think an earlier bedtime may help.
