Well I think the code has been cracked! It seems that DD has no trouble with nap time when I'm at work and Nanny puts her down. We'll see if the trouble comes back. All the trouble seemed to begin when we were on vacation but we've been back to work for three days now and no trouble. Today was great. She was up this morning at 7am, asleep for nap right before 1pm, we woke her at 3:30pm and she went to bed for the night at 8pm. It's 8:30pm now and she's still awake but very quiet so I know she'll be asleep within minutes. I hope the bad spell is over. The day you described sounded just like on of my days last week where she was falling asleep in the car but cried when I tried to put her down for her nap a few minutes later. Geez Louise it would be nice if they could talk!! I'll probably regret that someday won't I? LOL  :) Like you I find it hard because she knows exactly what she wants and she just can't communicate it right now. Hope today went well for you.

Hi. It's going great right now. We also stuck with the later nap time. At least five to six hours after morning wakeup. She hasn't given us any more trouble.... the little monkey! Glad it's going well for you too. We can close the book until next time! :)
