Hello! My DD is almost 6 months and she just went through a growth spurt or is still going through one, I canīt tell because itīs been a week and a half since it began. Right now sheīs on 4 EASY and I just introduced solids. During the day everything goes well, she eats well, naps well, she loves eating solids, but for some reason she is waking hungry in the middle of the night. Her routine is:
E 5:30 am
A
S 7:45 am (for 1.5 hours)
E 9:30 am
E 10:30 am (solids)
A
S 11:45 am (for 1.5 hours)
E 1:30 pm
A
S 3:45 pm (for 45 min)
E 5:30 pm
A Bath & Massage
S 7:30 pm
Before I would feed at 9 pm and dreamfeed at 11:30, but now I would like to dreamfeed at 10:30 only; I havenīt really been successful because by 9:30 pm she wakes very hungry same as 11:30 pm. Before she would wake at 3 am, not hungry and would go back to sleep after 3-5 min of patting. Now she wakes at 2 am and 4 am hungry, I now because I have tried patting to put her back to sleep but its impossible she cries to much, so I feed her and she eats the whole breast.
So I was reading other topics and I realized my DD never had her 3 month growth spurt, or at least she never gave signs of it, and also I think that by eating so much at night she is not eating enough during the day, so by night sheīs still hungry. How can I break this cycle or is it something else?
