where can i get these books?
« on: August 27, 2006, 09:31:02 am »
i recently was given a Usbourne look and learn book by a friend that her kids loved and i read it to my LOs before bed a few nights ago and they love it especially Mikey. It looks quite old and i have scoured book shops and nowhere sells them, i have duck and his friends and i just bought duck in trouble from ebay.....but i know there is one more in the collection 'duck on holiday' and i was wondering if anyone knows of any others that were made not necessarily duck. Mikey has memorised the 2 we have and joins in with some words and he settles so much easier at night now because he has a wind down time but he wont settle with any other book but these. Heres hoping someone knows what im talking about!  :)

Katy

Clair (Rooby-Rooby-Roo) used to be an Usborne rep (not sure if she still is) but she could probably tell you.

There is a great usbourne series with farmyard animals , and also a practical series with titles called moving house , going to school etc, the fun part is on each double spread you have to find a little  duck, and I think its the same duck you are talking about, post again if you need more info  :)
