Not a glitch but how do I delete topics in 'replies to your posts'?

Hi there, just wanted to know how i can delete post that are in my 'replies to your posts' that I don't want any more? This is hard to explain! For example... I am getting ones for 6 - 12 months routines when my baby is 14 months! So i want to delete it so I don't get anymore things saying 'replies to your post'!!

Does this make sense?  ???

if you click on profile and then on the list on the left ' notifications and email' it should bring up the list of topics you are currently getting notified about , if you delete the ones you don't want the notifications for that should sort it
