It's so hard to say because our LOs are all so dramatically different at this age. So what happens if you put Gage down earlier in the morning? It looks like he has more than 4 hours A time which is a lot in the morning. To be honest, when in between one and two naps, a lot of babies seem to get stuck where they either need a nap at 3-3.5 hours A time or they just have to push through to a mid afternoon nap (one nap). For example, my niece (14 months) usually wakes at 7am. She tends to want a nap around 10:15/10:30 and my sister will let her sleep 30-45 minutes if so. But if she doesn't go down by 10:45 at the latest and/or if they are out and not home in time, she'll push her through to an early small lunch at 11:15/11:30 and then put her down for a long nap after that.
Hope that makes sense - basically, I'd try putting Gage down earlier in the morning, say 10:45. I'd limit this nap to 30 minutes and then try second nap 4 hours later. Otherwise, if he won't sleep by 11 or so you may need to try to move to one long nap and an early bedtime!
