but bare with me! How much milk should a 10.5mo be having? DS has about 300-500ml a day? i dont think this is very much but he has BIG meals so he prob doesnt nee dmore milk?

This amount can also include milk used in cereal and cooking, yogurts and cheeses etc.
At around 10 months my DS was having 2 bottles of formula a day and was making the rest up with yogurts etc.

Thanx! Ds only has about 300ml a day so not enough and as he was lactose intollerant he only has a tiny amount of dairy products
think maybe i need to give him less at meal times

How many bottles is he on at the moment?
You could try making his morning and evening bottles bigger to try and increase his intake.
