Spell Check.

I am having trouble.

When I try to access Spell Check it wont let me use it?

Is it my computer or is someone else having the same trouble?

It works fine for me, I even used it to spell check my post before I submitted it

It may be an idea to clear out your cookies and temporary internet files/cache as there has been a software upgrade

Now you have to forgive me I am not very computer literate...

No problem

To clear cookies in Internet Explorer;

Tools > Internet Options > General Tab (should already be open on this).

Click 'Delete Cookies' & 'Delete Files' (If you haven't done this for some time, it may take a while to delete). Close browser and re-open.


Be sure you know your passwords and usernames for your favourite sites, as this will also clear all automatic log-ins that you may have.  Once you've logged back into the site you will have the option to stay logged in again

We arent using the program Internet Explorer and it doesnt have Internet Options.

We are using Mozilla Firefox,do yoou no where I would find it there to clear?

Firefox is even easier   Tools > Clear Private Data...ensure Cookies and Cache are ticked and click Clear Private Data now....you can de-select saved passwords if it is selected, that should enable your login details to be auto-filled in.
