Nikki, this looks like an error with the Shop add-on.  It's either because there are too many characters in your actual username, or it's because the add-on can't read past certain characters in a username..in this case ;.  I suspect anyone with a username that contains amp; will have this problem.  We may be able to solve it by changing your actual username instead of your displayname.  The system will generate a new password for you in this instance.

Yep go for it. I just checked Wendy~katelyn&wyatt but her's works fine - unless her user name doesn't have the amp; in it. Anyhow, we'll give it a try. It won't change any of my other settings/history?

Oh, and how come the smilies when you post are different to the smillies that we see?

If there is no email from the system check your spam/junk folder, if there's still no joy post here as a guest and I'll set the password myself and email it to you

BTW Wendy was originally Wendy~Katelyns mom, so it is the amp; that is throwing out the Shop
