Can't log in

Hi, I can no longer log in. I tried clearing the cookies and the temp files but it's made no difference. The Babywhisperer sent me a password reset message so it still has my details but I still can't get in. My user name is Hsmum.

Did you close all open browser windows and wait a few seconds before re-opening after clearing your cookies and cache?  If not, then clear again, close browser - reopen browser and try logging in again.

If you've already done the above, then please report back..We have your username on the system and it doesn't require activating, so failing the above I will reset your password manually and test your account on my pc :)
