For things like peaches, plums etc...what is the best/
easiest
way to get the skins off.
I know some of you must have some great ideas!

Make little crosses in the skin and then pour boiling water over them and leave them in the water for 30 sec/ 1min. The skins will come right off.

I don't think there is a best or easiest way to peel it depends what you like to do best or what works for you. I use a peeler. Might get messy but it works for me.

So, I tried the boiling method for getting the skins off of plums. Hmm, pretty messy. I found that the skins were hardest to get off, if the plum was not perfectly mushy/ripe! But I was successful, and it is tasty!
I'll try it again and use the peeling method....to compare!
