Dd2 is nearly 1yo. Her day generally goes something like this:
6.30am ish wake up, play in cot
7am BF
7.30am ish breakfast
9am ish down for first nap. Usually sleeps for around 40min, so wakes up around 10am.
snack
11.30am lunch
12.30pm BF
1pm ish down for second nap.
3pm ish wakes up (often before this, like 2.45pm)
snack
5.30pm dinner
6.20pm bath, pj, story
6.45pm BF
7pm bedtime.
I aim for 2.5hrs between wake-up and first nap, then 3hrs between naps. Then it's usually at least 4hrs before bedtime. That time is from when she wakes up to when I put her down (not to when she's actually asleep).
However we often are out and about in the mornings for dd1, which interferes with first nap sometimes. As it's a short one, I don't usually worry. As she's getting older, she's handling it better and better anyway (sometimes manages with literally 5 min sleep, then 2nd nap might be slightly earlier and longer). I wouldn't let her first nap go longer than 10.30am so that her second nap starts no later than 1.30pm.
