Does anyone have/had issues with feeding then swimming?
We are starting swimming lessons next week and I am wondering how long before we swim should I feed?

When I was a kid, my parents would always say that we would have to wait an hour after eating before we could swim. The said that it would stop us from getting cramp. I am not 100% sure though
