Try logging in without using the ' in your username

Try copying and pasting this into the username entry.  This is exactly how the system has you;

Nadia - I tried but it didn't work out...

Gareth - It worked! This is so strange... The thing is that when the shop was open I bought a change of user name and I have been using the new one to login ever since. Tonight I tried login into the website in a new computer and it didn't work.

Strange thing is that although I logged in with my old user ID like you said, it shows my new user name. I'll try to keep this in mind.

Thanks a lot!!!!!

What you actually changed was your Display name as opposed to your username.  If you tried logging in on a new computer then you wouldn't have the site cookie stored on it, so that's why it wouldn't recognise you most likely.  If you would like your username changed then an admin has to do it for you, and it resets your password.  If that's something  you would like to do, then let us know, you still wouldn't be allowed the apostrophe in your username, though you could still keep it in your display name :)

Thanks a lot Gareth... now that I understand what happened and what I did, it's OK to leave things like this...

Again, thanks for taking the time to help me.
