Cut out the last short nap, make the final 1.5 hour nap 45-60 minutes and move bedtime to 7pm.

Your LO is getting to much day sleep and is up to late.

I am so tired today I was up 5 times last night ( 3 with baby and 2 with toddler).  Today really has gone wrong because we have been out a lot.  This is today

E 12.30AM

E 2.30 AM

E 4.30 AM

E 7AM

S 8.30AM  2.1/4 hours

E 11AM

S 11.45 AM 1 HOUR

Awake and playing now.  Is there any hope of sleep tonight??

sorry to moan but I am so tired and my 3 children are driving me mad at the moment.

{{{HUGS}}} I am sorry your having such a hard day :(

Try having bedtime at 6:30 today and see if you can keep her up just a little longer then normal. The trick will be getting her on track and balancing things with your other 2.
