From long napper to 20 minute one,what`s gone wrong?

We`ve started our 13 week old on EASY week ago. Wouldn`t go to sleep without assistance. Started to nap for 1.5hours after 3 days and now sleeps thru the nights. For past 3days, my lo started to nap for 20 mins, talks to himself and starts to cry when I do go in. I can see he is still tired so I use sush/pat to put him back to sleep which works and sometimes I have to wake him up for feed. Could he be overstimulated?

It's possible he's overstimulated and/or overtired. How long is he awake for between naps? What happens if you don't go in? You say he's talking to himself and only crying when you go in?
