my lo has just slept for 2 hours!
« on: September 30, 2006, 13:38:41 pm »
We are on the 1st day of our EASY routine and my lo slept last night great, only one little wake up at 3am and then back down.  She was woken up at 7am and fed and then back to bed at 8.30am till 10.00am but then we went out and she slept all the way from 10.00am until 12.00!! She then went to bed at 1.30 until 1.50 and am planning to put her back to bed in an hour and a half - does that mean all our routine has gone or should I just follow it and give her another short nap to rectify it?

Many thanks>

See what she is like.  If she's tired, I'd put her down (try to make sure she doesn't nap too long if you're worried).  Just remember....there's always tomorrow  ;).

I agree, see what she is like later.  You may find that her next naps are going to be shorter.

As long as her naps are not interferring with her eating, I think she will be fine, and as PP says, there is always tomorrow.

Let us know how you get on.
