I don't think that we do.  I actually PM'd Lana about it earlier after reading the need for help in answering posts.

I think it made a great difference - could very quickly skim posts that nobody had answered, and make a great contribution!

As Tonya has said, unfortunately no, there are no plans to implement it at this time as there is a fair amount of coding involved to do it
