Help - forgotten password

Hello, just a quick question that i hope someone can help with.  have recently changed my email address and have tried to update on the site but can't remember my password - not sure if i set one up!!!!
There is no secret question to help me fathom what i would have used and i have tried the obvious ones that i use regularly for other things.  Anyone know how to get a reminder sent to me

Once you change your email address your account will require re-activating by an admin anyhow (security measure).  So, pm me your new email address and I'll make the necessary changes for you, I'll then reset your password and send it to your new email address ready for the next time you log in.  Once you've logged in you can change your password again, and set up your secret question also

If you prefer I can change your email and leave your password as is, but I'm sure at some point you're going to need it again anyhow.  Let me know which way you'd prefer it

Hi Gareth, thanks for your help.  Feel so stupid but have just logged on from another pc and remembered my password.  Sorry to cause so much trouble
Will now change email address and reset password to something more memorable.
