Do you have Tracy's third book?
« on: October 05, 2006, 18:30:42 pm »
In her third book she talks about how when you are starting a 4mo old for the first time on EASY, you do wake to sleep and if that doesn't work you should do PU/PD for the rest of nap time until the next feed.

Onward, my little guy is 3mo old and has been having some problems with his EASY so I thought I would sort of start from the begining again, especially with naps (his biggest problem - which then leads to other sleep problems, and eating porblems, and etc.). So if I want to retrain him in naps should I try what Tracy said to do in the book but just substitute PU/PD with pt/sh?

Any help would be great.

Anna

Is this the information you are refering too? It is in the 2nd book "the BW solves all your problems". I have the 3rd book and it is aimed at toddlers. :-\
