My son is 3 1/2 mo.

Pat/ShSH doesn't work too well. he goes into one of those all out, turn red, hold breath cries

how do I know to try PU/PD

we are totally retraining sleep. I haven't even begun but i work full time and my sister spends the weekends with me. DH works

so thinking to start next friday

my son only falls asleep now after a bottle and want to change that

so thinking PU/PD, but how do i know he's too young

so how do I know he is ready??

HI,

Check out the PUPD board for some of the finer points.  It isn;t unheard of for a baby at 3.5 months to train with PUPD, but check out the finer points on doing PUPD for younger babies on the PUPD board.
