You're not really meant to watch the clock with EASY.  If LO is done eating, just move on to activity time until she's looking tired, then put her down for sleep.

I recently read another post that said that the view EASY as an order of events, ie eat, activity, sleep. When I was on a 3 hr EASY I would aim to be within 30 mins or so. That is about a 2.5 -3.5 cycle, using DS needs to guide the timing of things. DS was alwaysa  quick feeder. That just meant he had more activity time. I would put him down for a sleep when he showed tired signs. If DS woke early from a sleep eg 45 mins I would try hard to resettle, but if it was over 1 hr 15 mins I would give it a go, but if no success get him up and start the routine again.

HTH.

She may just be an expert feeder and doesn't take as long as suggested in EASY. And as Sharon told you, the times in EASY are suggestions for what works best, but it's more about following the E-A-S pattern.  Try to go with the flow more, and watch your baby's cues more than the clock  ;)
