when you reading guidelines. For example babycenter.com says between 6 and 8 months

3 to 9 tablespoons cereal, in 2 to 3 feedings

that does mean dry right?

I think it means dry.  At least that is the way I have been doing it.

definitley dry. everyone adds different amounts of water to their cereal, so they can't have a 'constant' measurement for wet cereal - it would be impossible.
