Email Notifications Not Working?

I've had problems since my account was activated yesterday, is it something that everyone is having problems with?  Although in my profile, it says notifications aren't activated...my firefox says they are

I haven't been notified since the beginning of October  . The odd one filters through occasionally . For the new members , you can click on " show  new replies to your posts " at the very top of the the page , it's a bit easier to keep up that way

Nadia, I had no idea you were still having this problem.  Is there anyway you can sign up for a hotmail account, even if it's for testing purposes?

I am not getting notifications either - just started over the weekend. They're not in the junk mail - any other ideas? Thanks so much

Have you tried deleting your temp internet files and cache / cookies ? Sometimes this helps

Mine stopped and then started up again a couple of days later, without me having to do anything.

I'm not sure how I delete the temp internet files on my computer, I use a mac.
