Changed Schedule
« on: November 19, 2006, 08:26:58 am »
My LO is 4.5 months and has started changing the EASY routine. We now do AEASY.
Our day looks like this:

I don't know what time he wakes up but he calls for me at around 7
7am Eat
7:30 Sleep
10:00 Activity
11:00 Eat
11:30 Sleep
1:45 Activity
3:00 Eat
3:30 Sleep
4:30 Activity
6:30 Eat an Bedtime
10:45 Dreamfeed

He doesn't fall asleep while eating and he play for a few minutes after he eats. He is sleeping through the night and we used to struggle with 45 minutes naps but since he started himself on this routine we don't have so many problems. Do I need to change him back? or is this schedule okay to stick with?

Anna

I'm glad you're finding something that works for you!  Many people (myself included) have an EASY routine similar to this and it is just fine!

Totally agree - would not fix what isn't broke.

EASY, is all about eating at a certain time, having activity during the day, and getting your lo used to independant sleep.  Easy is what works for you.

You are doing fantastically.
