Regular sleep schedule
« on: November 20, 2006, 11:43:45 am »
My baby luis's routine starts at 6pm with a bath and a feed. But for the past month or maybe a bit more, has been waking up at midnight and then at 3am (give or take a few minutes) and finally at around 6:30am.  When i got into the room he is wide awake with this fingers in his mouth.  I give him a feed, most times breast but there are times when i give him formula (but does not have a full feed).   Has anyone gone or is going through something similar?

Thanks
Sandy

i'm not sure how old your LO is but it sounds like he could possibly be teething. is he dribbling etc?

could be teething as DD got her 1st teeth at around 18 wks. if its happening every night that could just simply be his routine at the moment and its not unusual for a LO of his age to still be waking for night feeds once or twice a night.

at 15 one feed a night is really good. The 12am one I wouldn't even count. Your LO is doing fantastic, you have nothing to worry about.
Have you tried a dreamfeed at all? although it kind of sounds like you don't need one.
