i was wondering how many fluid oz of liquid DS should be taking in a day? (roughly?) we're on 3 bfs a day, plus milk at mealtimes and snacks (and in breakfast cereal), with water inbetween. he drinks messily from a sippy cup (soft spout, hard spout, and open), and before i think about cutting back to 2 bfs a day, would like some idea of what fluid amounts i should be aiming for in a cup.
it's hard to say how much he does drink in a day given the bfs, and the amount of milk etc. that seems to escape when he's trying to drink from a cup. but he pees quite often, and it's not concentrated, so i know he's getting enough.
