Words just are not enough to describe how Tracy Hogg has changed my life.

When I first had William I was, like a lot of first time moms, a complete mess of tiredness, confusion, guilt and fright. I was totally overawed by this tiny bundle that I had been blessed with. When Will was about 6 weeks old I remembered the book that I had bought when I was pregnant and from that moment on motherhood was a changed place for me. That book was The Baby Whisperer Solves all your Problems..

Inside the front of the book was the web address for this forum and although I can't remember my first visit to the forum I can certainly remember how warm, how informative, supportive and loving the forum was. Through the methods that Tracy taught us, brought to life by all the moms and dads I read posts from, my life as a mom was totally changed. I became settled in what I was doing with William was right, I became empowered in being able to make decisions for my child in the knowledge that I was not making terrible mistakes, I began to understand what Will was trying to tell me, and through all of that I gained a confidence and patience and peace that I had never had before. If I had a worry I merely came to the forum and no matter how silly I felt my question was I was helped and supported and never judged or ridiculed.

Tracy thank you.. your knowledge and insight and love for babies shines on. Even though you are no longer with us in this world your spirit with all its care, warmth and understanding lives on. I feel honoured to be helping to keep your work alive in my work and membership of this forum. I hope that I and we all are doing you proud.

Rest peacefully Tracy..

Helen

Love too from William, Rob and all the family xxx

Thank you for everything!!!!!!  I would not have the sunny, easy going child I do without your teachings.
When you're soaring through the air, I'll be your solid ground.  Take every chance you dare.  I'll still be there when you come back down.

I 'found' Tracy when Jack was 6 weeks old - screaming, fighting naps, making my whole world seem like it had come crashing down. I remember walking him up and down the road in his pram at 4.30am thinking 'there has to be an answer to this'. And there was!

I truly believe that apart from the book and the practical advice, the greatest thing Tracy did was lead me to this website (to which I haven't contributed as much as I should!) and made me realise other mums felt like I did. I had mild PPD (is there actually such a thing when you are going through it?) but didn't know it - just thought I was a crap mum with a baby I couldn't understand. The book helped me understand my baby, and this site helped me realise I wasn't a crap mum!

I remember Deb being the first person to respond to my first post about how I wasn't coping - and after that the responses came flooding in and I realised we're all pretty much the same. Struggling with our own problems, loving our own children, trying to do the best we can and relishing the complete love we feel for them.

Thanks you Tracy - goodness knows where we'd be without you!

I would not be the mother i am today if it wasn't for you Tracy.  You gave me the insight to listen to and understand my children, to respect them and appreciate them every day.
Our lives are better enriched because of what you have taught us, you have changed our lives.
I thank you for sharing your gift with us and giving us this wonderful community, i have met so many lovely people through this that have also made my life richer.

I know you are watching over all of 'your' babies and, along with the members of this site, you give us all strength when we're having those bad days.

Rest peacefully Dear Angel Tracy x x  :-*

Well, of course I feel as though anything I could say has been said already, but I'm going to say it anyway... ;)

To say that Tracy's teachings and insights have changed my life, would be an understatement.  The sad part is that I didn't find the book until my second child, and so I feel as though I completely cheated my first out of a healthy baby-hood, but after reading Tracy's books I knew that finally...FINALLY...I had found the only baby book that made sense and was actually practical.  Because of Tracy I have felt empowered and found confidence in motherhood (and fatherhood for DH too!) that I never knew I could have.  Of course there are difficult times, but I didn't feel like I was drowning in desperation, always trying to find the next system or thing to work!  It was finally a peaceful household.

Words cannot express my gratitude for Tracy.  I hope that you can look down on all the little bubs, just happy in the joy of knowing that their parents finally get it!

Thank you many times over.
