When Did Your LO start sleeping thru the night?

Liana slept 10pm - 7am from 4 months and 7pm-7am at 8 months.  Liam, well.....9 months and still waking twice a night

alex was sleeping from 7/7:30pm -6am from almost 3 months old but woke for feeds at 3 and 6 mo growth spurts

from about 4 mo liv slept 7:30- morning WITH a DF that we ended up keeping until she was about 8 mo as without it she woudl wake closer to 5 so we just kept it so we could sleep longer (with 2 kids that hour makes a HUGE difference). she also woke for food at 6 mo GS for a couple of nights and again at 9 mo for 1 night  [in her case daytime was our issue not nights]
