I am following with interest on this one.

My DD is 2.5 and she wakes around 7 most days as DH gets up then and she hears everything in this house. She will sleep at 12.30 most days. If really tired it's 12.00 if she's been at play group it's nearer 1pm. Bedtime depends on a number of things. If she sleeps 1-330/4 she will go to bed around 8pm (in bed a 745). If she's at home with me all day and sleeps 1230 to 230 she'll probably be closer to 715 to 730. If she's really tired she might crash out from 1230 to 4pm then it's a 8pm bedtime.

Not sure this makes sense but over the months this is what we have found. It seems for us at this age she needs to burn off the energy much more but at the same time protect her from getting too tired because emotional she can get like a run away train.

I would say try for an earlier bedtime, rather than later.
