Hi Janice,
From Toronto eh ?? very cool.

Believe it or not I have never been but I look forward to one day going. My husband has family there.
Oh, skin cancer, I read somewhere on the site that it was throat cancer. huh ?? It doesn't matter, Poor woman...I feel for her children. It must be hard. I am 38yrs old and I am not ready to lose a parent. My parents are over 75yrs old. I see them each and every week because I feel that they don't have much time left.
I think you should eat when your LO is asleep. Then the next nap time, you should shower, then the next nap time you should nap yourself if possible. Is your 3yr old DS with you in the day ?? If not take advantage and sleep as much as you can.
The better you eat the better your milk supply.
