I need help to get my 5 month old bedtime right

when your lo eats at 11pm is it a full feed?
How much is a full feed to your lo?
is the middle of the night feed more like a snack?
Have you started solids?
Does your lo use a prop like a pacifier or a lovey?
Is your lo swaddled?
Is your lo just about 6 mths or just turned 5 mths?
Is your lo trying to master any new skills?

I don't manage to do 4h easy for feeding all the time... Yest I did though and at 11 he had a full feed (6oz)
Middle of the night feed - usually 3-4oz
No solids yet
Prop? just some soft toys in his cot
No swwaddle, he gets upset, but I use grog bag
he's 5.5 months

I would definitely stick with the 2 naps and the cat nap.

So exactly how many feeds is your lo getting during the day? Is the middle of the night feed affecting the breakfast bottle (meaning is your lo taking less at the breakfast bottle and not able to go 4 hours to the next feed)?

Everything else sounds ok. Sounds like some developmental milestones for sure.

We are going through some of the same thing. I thought I had a great routine but I think teething is starting.
