So, my sig says I have 4 characters left, but when I put them in and change profile, it deletes the last 4 characters and still says I have 4 left ???

Yep, that signature box can misbehave sometimes.  I've gone in and edited your signature, I removed the code that made your ticker a link to make lots more space.  It should be more to your liking now ;D
